During the first school holiday session, TSC will be split into two “Season Groups”. Groups will be defined from coaches advice and campers goals. The two groups will rotate coaches.
Once our goals are set, and groups are made, an average days training will run something like this:
Mornings
Campers break into “Skill” groups, a pre defined sub-group dependent on
riders abilities and skills. Each three hour morning session may
include the following. * Warm up runs. * Games, drills and “cardio riding”. * Rider improvement. * Freeride skill development. * Balance strengthening. * Creative riding. * Discipline base skill development. * Video analysis. |
Afternoons
Campers move into “Session” Groups. These are discipline groups (Big
air, Half pipe, Slope Style, Rails), and will be split by riders goals,
ability and coaches recommendation. Most of these sessions with be 2
hours long and be may include some of the following activities. * Park, Pipe, and Rail training. * Filming and photo shoots. * Competition planning / Comp run development. * Specific trick and skill training. * Jump building. * Freeriding. |
